3. Investor Inquiries
Our investor inquiry form collects your name, email address, organization, area of investment interest, message, and whether you wish to request a prospectus.
Information submitted through the form is stored using our website's service providers and is used to evaluate and respond to investment-related inquiries.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an investment agreement or obligation.
4. Business Contacts and Client Communication
We maintain business contact records using Google services, Claude Docs (Anthropic), and other administrative tools.
These records may include contact information, location references, client relationship status, services of interest, communication history, and follow-up information.
We use AI assistant tools, including ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), to help organize our email and contact records and to draft and review communications.
We may communicate through email, telephone, text messaging, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, depending on the communication method used or preferred by the individual.
5. Marketing Communications
If you expressly subscribe to marketing communications, we may send updates about Innate Mastery™, private sessions, events, and related offerings.
We do not currently use an email marketing service. If we begin using one, such as MailerLite, this policy will be updated.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us directly.
Consent for promotional text messages, where applicable, will be handled separately from ordinary client communications.
